St. Michael’s Parish is a welcoming community of Catholic Christians, rich in tradition. We are inspired by the Holy Spirit and guided by the Word of God. We exist as a visible witness of Christ through worshiping, educating, evangelizing and serving.
Our Faith
We believe that God's revelation is handed on through both Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition, which together form one deposit of faith entrusted to the Church.
We believe in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist — that the bread and wine truly become the Body and Blood of Christ at the Consecration.
We celebrate seven sacraments instituted by Christ: Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony — each a channel of divine grace.
We believe the Catholic Church is the Body of Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit and led by the successor of Peter. Outside the Church, salvation is difficult but not impossible for those who seek God sincerely.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, the Last Judgement, and the hope of eternal life in communion with God.
