Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your premium features remain active through the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• At the end of the billing period, your listing reverts to the free tier
• Your church listing remains in the PewSearch directory as a standard (free) listing

All PewSearch subscriptions (Premium Page and Pro Website) are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you have a question about a charge on your account, please contact us at support@churchwiseai.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can resolve concerns within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is being reviewed.
