Refund & Cancellation Policy

PewSearch offers the following Premium Page subscription tiers:

• Starter — $9.95/month
• Pro — enhanced features at a higher tier
• Suite — our most comprehensive package

All subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts, annual commitments, or early termination fees.

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your premium features remain active through the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• At the end of the billing period, your listing reverts to the free tier
• Your church listing remains in the PewSearch directory as a standard (free) listing

You can cancel your subscription using either of these methods:

• Stripe Customer Portal — accessible from the "Manage Subscription" link in your admin dashboard. This lets you cancel immediately, update your payment method, or view invoices.
• Email — send a cancellation request to support@pewsearch.com with your church name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation within one business day.

Because all PewSearch subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, after cancelling during a free trial), please contact us at support@pewsearch.com and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

If you have a question about a charge on your account, please contact us at support@pewsearch.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can resolve concerns within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is being reviewed.
