Our Faith
There is only one true God who has revealed Himself in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. He is the creator, sustainer, and controller of all things, and can be known personally through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, sinless, and perfect. He taught the truth and demonstrated God's power through miracles, died on the cross as payment for humanity's sins, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and sent the Holy Spirit to guide the Church.
The Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Godhead, dwells in every born-again believer by the grace of God, giving a growing understanding of biblical truth, daily guidance, and power to become Christ-like. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Gifts of the Spirit are for the Church today, equipping believers to strengthen the Church and reach a lost world.
The Bible is God's inspired word and the authoritative, trustworthy rule of faith and practice for all Christians. Together with the power of the Spirit, the Scriptures are God's primary means of guiding and strengthening the believer.
Human beings are created by God in His image, the basis for human identity, worth, and dignity, made male or female. Through rebellion against God, humankind fell into sin, resulting in spiritual death and separation from God, leaving people lost and in need of a savior.

Salvation is God's free gift, received entirely by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works or human effort. When a person turns from a self-ruled life and places their faith in Jesus, He forgives their sins, frees them from guilt and shame, and transforms their heart.
People were created to exist forever, either eternally separated from God by sin or eternally united with Him through forgiveness and salvation. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence.
