Our Faith
We believe in God's continuing testament and that revelation did not end with the closing of scripture. We remain attentive to God's creative movement in the world, hearing God's ancient story anew in our lives today — never placing a period where God has placed a comma.
No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here. As an Open and Affirming congregation, we extend hospitality as a sign of God's inclusive love and embrace all people and communities.
We insist that God's communion table is open, not closed, to all who come seeking. We hold that God's gift and claim in baptism are irrevocable and freely given.
Religion and science are not mutually exclusive. Both your head and your heart are welcomed in worship, and we prepare members and leaders to engage thoughtfully in the present and future church.
We advocate justice for all and believe the church's mission is to change lives individually, systemically, and globally. We work to make transformation possible while trusting in God's grace.
