The Emory Fellowship is a United Methodist Congregation focused on inspiring individuals to live a whole life in Jesus, empowering them spiritually, emotionally, and financially.
Our Faith
We believe Jesus Christ is the center of our life and faith, the true vine apart from whom we can do nothing (John 15:5). Following and abiding in Him is the source of everything we are and do as a congregation.
We believe salvation is the free gift of God, received by grace through faith and not earned by our own works (Ephesians 2:8). In keeping with our Wesleyan heritage, we trust God's grace to meet, forgive, and transform every person.
We believe prayer is the power that sustains our common life and ministry (John 15:7). Through ongoing prayer and study we remain connected to God and listen for His leading in all things.
We believe worship is our strength, offered to God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). Gathering together to honor God renews the congregation and orients our whole life around Him.
We believe serving others is our joy, flowing from the call to love God with all our heart and to love our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-40). This love moves us to engage and uplift people from all walks of life.
We believe accountability is our way, modeled on the early church that devoted itself to teaching, fellowship, prayer, and shared life (Acts 2:42-47). Authentic, transparent relationships keep us faithful and growing together as disciples.

Your First Visit
Parking is available near the Sanctuary at 6100 Georgia Avenue, NW. Arrive a few minutes early and a greeter can help you find your way in.
Sunday School and Children's Church are offered for Pre-K through 5th graders on a set schedule, so your little ones have a place to learn and belong while you worship.
We are a church of radical hospitality — expect a hug, fist bump or elbow bump, and plenty of smiles. We'll make you feel right at home, and you can let us know you're coming through the form on our Plan Your Visit page. Service is Sundays at 10:00am in the Sanctuary, or join us on livestream.
Our Sanctuary welcomes everyone. Masks are optional at indoor worship, and if you have any accessibility needs, our team is glad to help — reach us at (202) 723-3130 or admin@emoryfellowship.org.
Stick around before or after the service for fellowship — it's a great chance to meet our 'regular, REAL people' and feel part of the family.

We believe God desires that people have life and have it abundantly, so becoming WHOLE is our goal (John 10:10). We seek the holistic well-being—spiritual, relational, and physical—of every person we serve.
