Founded in November 1970 by Reverend Roy Gabbard in Cincinnati, Ohio.The church has moved several times, ultimately relocating to Cold Spring, Kentucky in August 2017.The Gabbard family has been prominent in Pentecostal preaching for four generations.The church is part of the Gabbard Evangelistic Association, which was started in 1963.
