Treasure Valley Baptist Church is a Bible believing Baptist church focused on reaching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, emphasizing traditional hymns and biblical preaching.
Our Faith
We believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration and the preservation of the Word of God, holding the King James Authorized Version (1611) as our text. Scripture is our final authority in every part of ministry, and any statement of faith carries weight only insofar as it agrees with God's Word.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God, the eternal Son who took on flesh. His divine nature is essential to the gospel and to His work of redemption.
We believe salvation is received by faith alone, grounded entirely in the shed blood of Jesus Christ as the atonement for sin. It is the saving grace of Christ, not works or religious ritual, that reconciles a person to God.
We are a soul-winning and missions-minded church, committed to aggressive New Testament evangelism. We believe every believer is called to share the gospel and reach the lost both locally and around the world.
We believe in the personal, bodily, pre-millennial return of Jesus Christ. He will come again to establish His kingdom, giving the church a living hope and motivation for holy living.
