Our Faith
St. Paul's is part of the Episcopal Church and the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin, holding the historic Christian faith within the Anglican tradition. Worship and belief are shaped by Scripture, tradition, and reason, and the parish is connected to the wider Episcopal Church through its bishops.
The community gathers for worship every Sunday morning, with the Holy Eucharist at the center of its common life. Through word and sacrament, the congregation encounters God's grace and is sent out to serve.
St. Paul's believes every person is created and beloved by God, and welcomes all regardless of age, race, ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, or gender identity. As an affirming parish, it embraces each individual as a full member of the body of Christ.
Following Jesus' great commandment, the people of St. Paul's are committed to loving God, their neighbors, and themselves. They seek to embody that love in everything they do, both within the parish and in the greater Beloit community.
The parish follows Jesus through the Episcopal Church's Way of Love — a rule of life centered on practices such as prayer, worship, study, and rest. These practices draw the community deeper into relationship with God and one another.

Join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 11 AM. St. Paul's is an affirming, diverse parish — young and old, cradle Episcopalians and converts, of every background, straight and gay, cisgender and transgender — and all are welcome. There's nothing you need to know in advance; greeters are glad to help you find your way.
We want everyone to be able to worship with us. Please reach out ahead of your visit at 608-362-4312 or stpaulsbeloit@att.net and we'll be glad to help arrange accessible seating and entry.
Following the Sunday service, visitors are invited to stay for coffee and fellowship — a relaxed chance to meet members of the parish and get to know the community.
