Our Faith
We believe that God's revelation comes to us through both Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition, faithfully interpreted by the Magisterium of the Church. Together they form the one deposit of faith handed down from the Apostles.
We believe in one God in three divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This central mystery of the Christian faith is the source of all the other mysteries of faith.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, true God and true man, who suffered, died, and rose again for the salvation of the world. Through His Paschal Mystery we are reconciled to God and offered eternal life.
We believe Christ instituted seven sacraments — Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony — as efficacious signs of grace. The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life, in which the bread and wine truly become the Body and Blood of Christ.
We believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, founded by Christ upon the Apostles and guided by the successor of Saint Peter. We honour the Blessed Virgin Mary and the saints, and trust in the communion that unites the faithful on earth, in purgatory, and in heaven.
We believe in the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. At the end of the age, Christ will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will have no end.
