What We Believe
A Loving, Triune God
We believe in one God who is present and active in the world, known to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Above all, we trust in the presence of a loving God whose grace draws us into deeper relationship and worship.
Jesus Christ as Lord and Example
We follow Jesus Christ as the living example for our lives and the center of our faith. His life, teaching, and saving work shape how we love God and serve our neighbors.
The Guidance of the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit continually prompts, guides, and empowers the church for worship, discernment, and service. We seek the Spirit's leading as we discover where God is calling us.
Grace and Forgiveness
We believe in the healing power of forgiveness and grace, freely given by God. This grace renews meaningful spirituality and makes faith relevant and life-giving in today's world.
Scripture and Growing in Faith
As a Presbyterian (PC USA) congregation in the Reformed tradition, we look to the Bible as we seek understanding and wisdom. Through study, worship, and fellowship we grow together in faith.
Justice and Care for Creation
We feel called to serve God locally, nationally, and globally, committing ourselves to justice for all people and stewardship of our planet. We express this faith through mission, compassion, and welcome to our community.

St. John's offers a Children's & Youth Ministry and a St. John's Childcare Program, so families with little ones are warmly welcomed. Children are a valued part of our worshipping community.
