DirectionsEstablished September 29, 2000, when St. Patrick Parish (founded 1850) and Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (founded 1902) united. The parish honors Prince Demetrius Augustine Gallitzin, known as The Apostle of the Alleghenies, who brought Catholicism to South Central Pennsylvania pioneers. The parish serves God's people from this mountain top since 1850.
