Founded in 1989 by Russian Baptist families as the third wave of Russian immigration to the area, reviving a Russian Baptist congregation that existed in Springfield from 1913 until the 1960sPurchased land and built their own church building completed in July 2000 at 866 North Road, WestfieldAs of January 2014, the church had 870 members, 160 youth, and approximately 600 children with 5 choirs and 5 orchestras performing in servicesOperates WCA Academy, a general education academy for children, emphasizing preservation of the Russian language and Baptist traditions across generationsMember of the Association of Evangelical Christian Baptist Churches (AECBC)
