Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Glasgow is a Roman Catholic church serving the New Glasgow, Nova Scotia community. The parish provides regular Mass, confession, religious education, and sacramental preparation for parishioners and visitors.

New Glasgow Gospel Hall is a group of Christians dedicated to worship, prayer, and Bible teaching, actively spreading the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ since 1905.

Little Harbour Presbyterian Church is a welcoming community that has served as the only church in the area since its establishment in 1841. They hold regular Sunday services and encourage fellowship among all community members.
