Reed; chartered as Evansburg Methodist Episcopal Church in 1841Located on historic Germantown Pike in one of America's earliest planned villages, near the 1792 eight-arch stone bridge over Skippack CreekExperienced complete sanctuary renovation and restoration following a fire in December 2008, with rededication on Palm Sunday 2009Member of the Collegeville-Trappe Ministerium and participates in ecumenical worship services with other denominationsSupports multiple community outreach ministries including food pantries, soup kitchens, and mission work in Kentucky
