Contact UsEmmanuel United Church is an inclusive, multi-generational faith family committed to outreach and community service. They are guided by Christ's Spirit, seeking to celebrate faith while extending compassion and hope to all.
Our Faith
We believe God is still speaking. Revelation did not end with the closing of the canon — the Holy Spirit continues to lead the church into deeper understanding of truth and justice.
We believe Jesus welcomed all — the outcast, the stranger, the sinner. We are called to embody that same radical, unconditional welcome. All are invited to the table.
We believe faith demands action for justice. Following Jesus means caring for the poor, welcoming the immigrant, affirming the dignity of every person, and working for a just world.
We affirm the sacred worth of every human being, made in the image of God — regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or background. All belong; all matter.
We believe Christ's prayer for unity is a call for the church today. We seek common ground with all who follow Jesus and work for the healing and reconciliation of a divided world.

Your First Visit
Parking is available for visitors at the church. If you have any trouble finding a spot, a greeter will be glad to help direct you on arrival.
Children and families are warmly welcomed. Emmanuel offers Kids' Church and Sunday School in the Christian Education Wing, along with a Youth Group, so young people of all ages have a place to belong.
First-time visitors are always welcome — simply arrive a few minutes early and a greeter will help you feel at home. You can also visit the 'I'm New' and 'What to Expect' pages to learn more about the Emmanuel United Church experience before you come.
Emmanuel is committed to being accessible to everyone. The building includes a lift, accessible washrooms, and ramps installed during major renovations, and as an Affirming congregation in the United Church of Canada, Emmanuel welcomes people of all abilities, backgrounds, and identities.
After the service, you're invited to stay for coffee, refreshments, and conversation in the Fellowship Hall. It's a relaxed way to meet members of the congregation and ask any questions.
