Westminster Presbyterian Church has been a telling presence in the city since 1857, sharing the good news with a world in need of God's peace, love, and justice.
Our Faith
We believe God is absolutely sovereign over all things — creation, providence, and salvation. He works all things according to the counsel of His will for His glory.
We hold to the Reformed confession that Holy Scripture is the only infallible rule for faith and life. No tradition or church authority may stand above the Word of God.
We affirm the five solas of the Reformation. Salvation is entirely God's gracious gift, received through faith alone, grounded entirely in Christ's atoning work.
We understand God's relationship with His people through the biblical covenants. Baptism is a covenant sign for believers and their children, marking membership in the covenant community.
We are guided by the historic Reformed confessions — Westminster Confession, Heidelberg Catechism, or the Belgic Confession — as faithful summaries of biblical teaching.

Your First Visit
As a downtown church with a presence in the city since 1857, parking is available on nearby streets and in adjacent lots. If you have questions about where to park for your first visit, the church office is glad to help.
Families are an essential part of the congregation, with dedicated Early Childhood, Children, and Youth ministries. A nursery and age-appropriate programming are available so children of every age are cared for and engaged during worship.
First-time visitors are always welcome—simply arrive a few minutes early and a greeter will help you find your way and answer any questions. There's no need to register in advance, and you're invited to participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.
The church welcomes worshipers of all abilities and offers accessible entrances and seating. Worship is also available via livestream for those who are unable to attend in person, and staff are happy to assist with any specific accessibility needs.
Following worship, you're invited to a time of fellowship and coffee where you can meet members, pastors, and staff. It's a relaxed, friendly way to connect and learn more about the life of the congregation.
