St. Andrew's-Newton Presbyterian Church is a vibrant multi-ethnic community where everyone is embraced and encouraged to grow in faith in Jesus Christ.
Our Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and life, trusting it to reveal who God is and how we are called to live.
We worship one God who exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who created, sustains, and reigns sovereignly over all creation.
We believe that salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and not earned by human effort or works.
We understand the church to be a covenant community called together by God, governed by elders in the Reformed (Presbyterian) tradition, and gathered to worship, grow in discipleship, and serve one another.
Following the ways of Jesus, we are committed to being a warm, welcoming, multi-ethnic community that invites all people to connect with God and one another as part of their journey of faith.
In keeping with Reformed theology, we believe God is sovereign over all of life and history, guiding and directing His people with wisdom and purpose.
