Peace Lutheran Church is a confessional church body that seeks to proclaim the saving work of Jesus Christ and welcomes all individuals to come to the knowledge of saving faith in Him.
Our Faith
We believe the Bible is the verbally inspired, inerrant Word of God and the only rule and norm for faith and life. The Old and New Testaments are the complete revelation of God's will for salvation in Jesus Christ.
We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This Triune God is the Creator of all things and the Redeemer of fallen humanity.
We believe Jesus Christ is both true God, begotten of the Father from eternity, and true man, born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered, died, and rose again to redeem sinners and reconcile them to God.
We believe that sinners are justified before God by grace alone, through faith alone, on account of Christ alone. Salvation is a free gift, not earned by works, and received through trust in Christ's atoning sacrifice.
We believe God delivers His forgiveness, life, and salvation through the Gospel and the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and the Lord's Supper. In Baptism, God washes away sin and creates faith; in the Lord's Supper, Christ's true body and blood are given with the bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins.

We confess the doctrine of the Bible as taught in the Book of Concord (1580), including the three Ecumenical Creeds, Luther's Small and Large Catechisms, and the Augsburg Confession. These confessions faithfully summarize the teaching of Holy Scripture.
We believe the Church is the assembly of believers gathered around Word and Sacrament. As a congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, we are called to make disciples by proclaiming the Gospel, baptizing, and teaching all that Christ has commanded.
