Contact UsMaranatha Church is a CRC congregation serving Rome, Ontario. In the tradition of the Christian Reformed Church, this community gathers for worship and seeks to be a transforming presence in the world.
Our Faith
Maranatha Church believes the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and the final rule for faith and life, trusting it to reveal who God is and how His people are called to live.
We believe in one God who eternally exists in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who together created, sustain, and redeem the world.
Salvation is a free gift of God's grace received through faith in Jesus Christ, not earned by human effort, and is made possible through His death and resurrection.
Following Maranatha's vision to know Christ deeply, the church is committed to spiritual growth and a close, abiding relationship with God through worship, prayer, and the study of Scripture.
The church believes every follower of Jesus is called to share the gospel widely, bearing witness to Christ's love in word and deed within the broader community and beyond.
