Plan Your Visit →Lakeshore Church / Iglesia Amistad exists to glorify God by making disciples who manifest God's Kingdom by loving Jesus, leading well, and living the Gospel.
Our Faith
Lakeshore Church believes the gospel of Jesus Christ is of first importance and is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes. They center their life and ministry on the simplicity and power of this good news.
God created humanity in His image to glorify Him, but sin entered the world through the fall, and all people now fall short of their purpose as God's image bearers.
God sent Christ to redeem sinners by dying in their place on the cross, rescuing believers from sin and its consequences through His substitutionary death.
God is actively at work transforming the redeemed into the image of Christ, progressively conforming believers to glorify Him through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit.
The church gathers weekly for worship to know and exalt Christ, and meets in sermon-based small groups for spiritual growth, community, and ministry, equipping members to live as everyday missionaries.
Believers will one day gather with every tribe and tongue to glorify Jesus in the new heavens and new earth, when God will restore all things forever.
