Our Faith
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority in all matters of faith, practice and policy. Where any document or tradition conflicts with Scripture, Scripture prevails.
There is one true God, eternally revealed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Father is creator of all, Jesus the Son is fully God incarnate, and the Holy Spirit empowers believers to know and live out God's will.
Jesus of Nazareth, born of the virgin Mary by the Holy Spirit, lived a sinless life, was crucified as the pure sacrifice for human sin, and rose bodily from the dead so that all people — Jew and Gentile — might be reconciled to God.
Humanity, created in God's image, fell into sin through disobedience and is separated from God. Only through God's grace and the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ can a person be restored to holy fellowship with God.
Baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is an act of obedience symbolizing faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Saviour, and the believer's death to sin and resurrection to new life in Christ.

Through sharing the bread and wine as Christ commanded, believers remember the new covenant established by His crucifixion and resurrection, by which they are delivered out of sin into eternal life.
Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly in glory. The dead will be raised, all people will be judged, and the righteous will dwell with the Lord for eternity in resurrected and glorified bodies.
