Heritage Christian Reformed Church is a Reformed denomination church offering two Sunday worship services with in-person and live-streamed options, dedicated to welcoming visitors and serving the community through various ministries.
Our Faith
We worship one God in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We respond in faith to God's love, mercy, and grace, pursuing lives of gratitude and obedience that glorify Him and expand His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
We are Bible-based, holding God's Word as the foundational building block of our life and faith. Scripture is the authoritative guide for what we believe and how we live.
We believe salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, who reveals God's love, mercy, and grace to a broken, hurting world. Our mission is to share the love, compassion, and good news of Jesus with those who are far from God.
Along with God's Word and Prayer, the Sacraments are essential building blocks of our community life and faith. As a Christian Reformed congregation, we practice baptism and the Lord's Supper as visible signs and seals of God's covenant grace.
We affirm the historic Christian faith expressed in the Apostles', Nicene, and Athanasian Creeds, and we hold to the Three Forms of Unity: the Heidelberg Catechism, the Belgic Confession, and the Canons of Dort. We also embrace contemporary testimonies including the Confession of Belhar and Our World Belongs to God.
We are prayer-saturated and community-focused, cultivating a Christian community where believers nurture one another's faith. We pursue lives that are Christ-centered, Spirit-led, servant-hearted, and mission-embracing.
We believe God is at work redeeming a broken world and calls His people to participate in that mission. Our vision is to build relationships with those far from God and introduce them to Jesus, expanding His kingdom here on earth.
