First United Methodist Church in Casper, Wyoming is an inclusive community of faith dedicated to growing together in their Christian journey. They offer dynamic worship and challenging ministries for spiritual growth.
Our Faith
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—whose love embraces every person and all of creation. God's grace goes before us, surrounds us, and transforms us, and no one stands outside the reach of that love.
We follow Jesus Christ, who revealed God's love through compassion, justice, and mercy. Through his life, death, and resurrection we receive forgiveness, new life, and the call to love others as God loves us.
We trust the Holy Spirit to guide and empower us—giving courage in hardship, wisdom in discernment, and energy for service. The Spirit binds us together as one body of Christ.
We honor the Bible as the foundation of our faith, reading it through the lens of Scripture, Tradition, Reason, and Experience. This Wesleyan approach engages both heart and mind, guided by the Spirit and informed by life in our community and world.
We believe the church exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. This happens daily in worship, service, advocacy, and fellowship—feeding neighbors, caring for families, and supporting those in need.

Children are warmly welcomed in worship, and age-appropriate Sunday school and nursery care are typically available so families can participate with peace of mind.
