Welcome Home
Destination is a small church in the middle of downtown St. Thomas, on the corner of Talbot and Ross. We describe ourselves as a ragtag collection of surrendered and transformed people who love God and others, and we mean it. The coffee is on at 10:00 every Sunday, worship starts at 10:30, and through the week the doors are open for prayer, Bible study, a drop-in, and a monthly Stone Soup supper that everyone helps to make. We are a diverse bunch, and we are one in Christ. We are between pastors right now, and we are not pretending otherwise. What has not changed is the welcome. Come as you are. There is a seat, and a cup of coffee, for you.
Our Faith
What We Believe
It Is All About Jesus
We are mesmerized by the idea that this is not about us. It is all about Jesus, his story, and his heart for this city.
One in Christ
Destination is a diverse and loving community. Different ages, backgrounds and stories, one family. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male and female, for we are all one in Christ Jesus.
Our Mission
To introduce people to Jesus Christ, to help them grow to be like him, and then to reproduce the process in others.
For the City
We believe God put us downtown on purpose. We want to empower the poor, strengthen the weak, embrace the outcast, and seek the lost, right here in St. Thomas.
A Ragtag Family
Seed throwers and fire starters, hope peddlers and grace-givers, risk takers and dreamers, young and old. We serve together, play together, worship together, and live life together.
Nobody Pays to Belong
We do not take up an offering in the service, and guests are never expected to give. Everyone brings one ingredient to Stone Soup, and that is the whole price of admission.

First Visit
We are downtown at 668 Talbot Street, on the corner of Talbot and Ross. Look for the hanging sign with the orange d. Come in, grab a coffee, sit wherever you like, and tell someone it is your first time. Walking into a church for the first time can feel like a big step, and we would rather you felt at home than impressed.
