Contact UsChurch of St. Bride is an Anglican church located in Mississauga, Ontario, rooted in the Book of Common Prayer and the historic Christian faith. All are welcome to worship and grow in Christ.
Our Faith
We are guided by the "three-legged stool" of Scripture, Tradition, and Reason. The Bible is primary; the Church's tradition and human reason illuminate its meaning for each generation.
We affirm the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed as faithful summaries of the Christian faith. They unite us with Christians across centuries and denominations.
We celebrate Baptism and the Eucharist as the two sacraments ordained by Christ. The Lord's Supper is the central act of Anglican worship — we are fed by Christ's body and blood.
Our worship is shaped by the Book of Common Prayer — a treasury of Scripture, prayer, and liturgy that forms us in the faith and unites Anglicans worldwide.
We stand as a "middle way" — holding together Catholic order, evangelical faith, and Reformed theology. We welcome all to the table of grace in a spirit of generous orthodoxy.
Visiting Our Parish
On-site parking is available at the church at 1516 Clarkson Road North. Arrive a few minutes early on your first visit so you have time to find a spot and be welcomed.
Children and youth are warmly welcomed. The 10 a.m. service is a larger, contemporary family service, and the church offers Kids and Youth programs, a Friday Youth Group, and a summer VBS.
A warm hello awaits you at St. Bride's. Choose between two Sunday services — the 8:30 a.m. traditional service using the Book of Common Prayer with Holy Communion, or the larger 10 a.m. contemporary family service using the Book of Alternative Services. See the church's FAQ page for more on what to expect, and don't hesitate to introduce yourself to a greeter.
The church aims to be a welcoming place for everyone. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the church office ahead of your visit and the team will be glad to assist.
After the service, you're invited to stay for coffee and fellowship in the Fellowship room at the back of the church — a great way to meet others and get to know the community.
